The Bobby Lashley and Shane Del Rosario, then Yohan Banks bouts were scrapped from the original card.

The Banks fight failed to get commission approval, and Jimmy Ambriz was then targeted by the promotion as a replacement for Banks.

Strikeforce then scratched Ambriz despite his approval by the Florida State Boxing Commission.

Wes Sims will be now steps up on short notice to fight Lashley.
