Fighter Profile – Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou
Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou takes on Gegard Mousasi Saturday night during Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers in a non-title, light heavyweight bout.
The Cameroonian mixed martial artist and judo fighter made his name in Japan’s PRIDE Fighting Championships.
He also fought for the UFC, but was given his release after going 1-2 in three fights for the promotion following losses to current UFC light heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida and contender Luiz Cane.
Sokoudjou recently wiped out Bob Sapp a minute and a half into the first round of a DREAM Grand Prix event in Japan.
